Yetti.ai is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to deploy AI agents on Instagram using Meta's official Instagram API. The platform works around the clock on social media — selling products, scheduling meetings, and answering questions — so businesses never miss another customer. Built with Next.js, AWS, Supabase, and integrated with Stripe for payments, Yetti.ai provides a complete solution for AI-powered social media customer engagement.

The onboarding flow guides users through creating an account, setting up their first workspace, and configuring their AI agent. Users answer a series of questions about their brand and business to tailor the Yetti experience. The process includes workspace naming, business context gathering, and initial knowledge base setup.
The Knowledge Base is the core of each AI agent. Users can upload product information as text documents, PDFs, or Google Sheets. Each knowledge entry can be categorized (e.g., Branding, Product Info) with importance levels and tags. The built-in chat interface lets users test their agent's responses against the uploaded knowledge before deploying to Instagram.
The dashboard provides a real-time overview of workspace activity including total messages, active integrations, current plan status, and platform health. The Integrations page allows connecting Instagram and Telegram accounts, with Messenger and WhatsApp coming soon. The unified inbox consolidates all conversations across connected platforms.
Once deployed, the Yetti AI agent handles Instagram DM conversations autonomously. It qualifies leads, answers product questions, collects customer information, and schedules follow-ups — all while maintaining a natural conversational tone tailored to the business's brand voice.
Yetti.ai offers four subscription tiers managed via Stripe: Starter ($29/mo, 5 conversations/day), Growth ($59/mo, 20 conversations/day), Pro ($99/mo, 50 conversations/day), and Enterprise ($179/mo, 60+ conversations/day). Each tier includes Yetti Tokens (credits) for agent interactions. The billing dashboard shows global credits, usage history, and transaction details. The Affiliate Program lets users earn 30% commission by referring others to the platform.
The Usage page provides detailed analytics on credit consumption with 7-day, 30-day, and all-time views showing total usage, daily averages, and transaction counts. Users can export transaction history as CSV. The Settings page includes working hours configuration with timezone support and a weekly schedule to control when the AI agent is active and responding to customers.
